What people are saying:

To Whom It May Concern:

The Swope Corridor Renaissance had the distinct privilege of working with the Emily Silverman Memorial Foundation over the last two summers and it was a truly wonderful experience.

The first summer the Foundation provided dance shoes, dance lessons, a recital, costumes for the recital and pictures for the excited families of some 60 of our elementary school students. The recital was at the Upper Room and was packed to the rafters.

Last summer, the Foundation increased the number of students to about 150 and included middle school students, and added jazz and interprative dance in addition to tap. Again, they provided dance shoes, lessons, recital, costumes and pictures. This time the recital was at the historic Gem Theater and it was also packed with adoring parents.

This program has done wonders for our children's confidence and esteem and has brought us the greatest parent participation we have experienced to date.

We stronly support the excellent work they do.

Sincerely,

Jerry McEvoy
